Wells Carnival & Christmas Tide

Wells Carnival week is held at the beginning of August each year and is the highlight of the season.

With lots of activities for the kids by day and a family friendly music festival in the evenings this is a week not to be missed!

Wells Christmas Tide is another must, held in early December it features lots of fun for the kids including lantern a parade, street entertainment and seasonal stalls.

Father Christmas arrives by boat with his elves, there is a funfair at the quay side and a fireworks display across the salt marshes.
